It was January 16, I woke up to my soft white blanket and the gentle smell of coffee, I walked downstairs and saw my dad drinking coffee. He was sitting by the family piano but he was looking out the window, he turned around and sprang up when he saw me. “Oh hey, James!” Said my dad. “Hello, dad!” Dad told me that he saw on the news that an octopus escaped someone’s tank. I have a fear of octopuses so I started to freak out a lot. My dad told me that everything would be fine though and I trust him.
